Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated policies referenced herein:

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by 3pk365 prior to processing withdrawals, which includes submission of government-issued photo identification.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits or free bets awarded to Players by 3pk365, which are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money balances deposited by the Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager the value of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, financial transaction, support, and account management services offered by 3pk365 through the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3pk365 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services — including browsing the casino lobby, placing a bet, making a deposit, or contacting customer support — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3pk365.

3pk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 3pk365, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 3pk365 or any of its associated entities or technology partners.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and must take personal responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction.
• Not be a self-excluded Player or a Player whose account has been permanently closed by 3pk365 for a violation of these Terms.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3pk365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and restriction of access to funds pending resolution.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 3pk365 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3pk365 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect multiple account creation and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances — upon confirmed detection.

When completing the 3pk365 registration process, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming the Player is at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Pakistani mobile number (used as the primary login and communication identifier).
• Valid email address for account communications and secondary verification.
• Preferred payment method details (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20 wallet address).

Prior to processing any withdrawal from a 3pk365 Account, the Player must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence). 3pk365 may also request proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership as part of the verification process. KYC documents are processed within two business days of submission under standard circumstances.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their 3pk365 Account login credentials. Any activity carried out through a Player's Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — shall be deemed to have been authorised by the Account holder. 3pk365 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.

Deposits & Payment Methods

3pk365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All available payment methods and their respective minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the Cashier section of your 3pk365 Account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name and matches the identity information held on the 3pk365 Account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in the 3pk365 Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to two hours to reflect during peak banking periods.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following confirmation on the TRON blockchain, typically within 5 to 20 minutes depending on network conditions.
• 3pk365 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 3pk365 accepts no liability.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal, intended to prevent misuse of the payment system.

3pk365 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 3pk365 will provide reasonable notification to the Player and may request additional documentation before taking action.

Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Cashier section of their 3pk365 Account, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the Account has been fully verified through the KYC process; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available real-money balance, excluding any pending or uncleared bonus funds; and (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied in full.

Withdrawal processing timelines at 3pk365 are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval under standard conditions. VIP-tier Players benefit from priority processing and may experience near-instant withdrawals.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours during business hours. Transfers initiated outside of standard banking hours may be processed the following business day.
• SadaPay: Withdrawals to SadaPay accounts are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval.
• USDT TRC20: Cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast to the TRON network within 30 minutes of approval; confirmation time depends on network conditions.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of 3pk365's anti-money laundering obligations. Where a direct return is not possible, 3pk365 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

3pk365 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process if deemed necessary for verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold pending satisfactory resolution of any open investigation relating to the Account.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

3pk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players, including Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Match Bonuses, Free Bets, Cashback Offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited in a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be directly withdrawn — only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are transferable to the real-money withdrawal balance.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Players who request a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements applicable to an active bonus shall have the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings forfeited prior to the withdrawal being processed.
• 3pk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, the exploitation of mathematical loopholes, or coordinated group play to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and winnings.
• Self-excluded Players and Players who have set voluntary deposit limits are not eligible to receive or claim promotional bonuses during the applicable restriction period.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 3pk365 sportsbook — covering cricket, PSL, international Test and T20 matches, UFC, and other sports — are subject to the applicable betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the determination made by 3pk365's trading team shall be final and binding.

• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error — including technical errors, pricing feed failures, or human input errors — may be voided at 3pk365's discretion, regardless of the outcome of the relevant event.
• In-play bets are accepted at 3pk365's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time during a live event, particularly in circumstances where the outcome is already determined or where reliable live data is unavailable.
• All casino games at 3pk365 — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing arcade games — operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. 3pk365 does not guarantee any outcome in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Winnings from casino games and sports betting are credited to the Player's Account balance in PKR and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

3pk365 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, void bets, or restrict access to specific markets for any individual Player Account where there is reasonable suspicion of professional arbitrage, match-fixing involvement, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the betting markets.

Responsible Gaming

3pk365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Pakistani players with the tools needed to maintain control of their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3pk365 Account holders via the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money play is permitted until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player's Account is frozen and marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate reality check notifications that display total session winnings and losses at user-defined intervals.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3pk365 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account balance:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21 years.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 3pk365.
• Use of the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain, including but not limited to game malfunctions or incorrect odds postings.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 3pk365 staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geolocation restriction, or account verification process implemented by 3pk365.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to process or conceal funds of illegal origin.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pk365 Platform — including but not limited to the 3pk365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and proprietary odds data — is the intellectual property of 3pk365 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3pk365 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any Platform content; use of the 3pk365 brand or logo without express written consent; reverse engineering or decompilation of any Platform software; or use of any 3pk365 content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pk365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: game outcomes, sports betting results, technical disruptions, service outages, security breaches attributable to a Player's own failure to secure their credentials, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

The 3pk365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 3pk365 takes reasonable measures to ensure continuous Platform availability and integrity, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions, for which 3pk365 shall not be held liable.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 3pk365 to any Player — regardless of the basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by the Player to their 3pk365 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

3pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) the Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; (c) the Account poses a risk to the financial integrity or regulatory compliance of the Platform; or (d) the Player is in a self-exclusion period.

Upon permanent Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 3pk365 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed — particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or multi-accounting — the Account balance shall be forfeited in its entirety. Where no breach is established, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of the investigation.

Players may voluntarily request closure of their 3pk365 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method once outstanding wagering requirements (if any) are assessed.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which 3pk365 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 3pk365, the Player is encouraged to contact the 3pk365 support team in the first instance, either via live chat on the Platform or by emailing [email protected]. 3pk365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through this process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated under 3pk365's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence, including applicable provisions under Pakistani law.

Amendments to These Terms

3pk365 reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 3pk365 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Minor amendments — such as grammatical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may be made without specific notification.

Continued access to or use of the 3pk365 Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those updated Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must stop using the Platform and, if they wish, request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.
